The Bill (Reg. No.0118) was elaborated to enhance the safety of energy supply of the consumers of the Central Part of the United Energy System of Ukraine.
The Financial Agreement was signed on behalf of Ukraine on 8 October 2008, on behalf of the Bank on 20 October 2008.
Pursuant to the Financial Agreement, the Bank agreed to issue a loan in the amount of 150 million EUR to Ukraine for payment for goods and services necessary for implementation of the Project in question.
